Our Orangetheory facility is located in Tyler, Texas, offering a spot perfect for anyone to enjoy. We make it possible for everyone to get a simple yet comprehensive exercise regimen started so that people can feel and look great. The best way to lose weight quickly and to keep it off is to alternate cardio with strength training, which is what our 60-minute gym classes offer. Because of their ability to burn fat quickly, our routines are perfect even for the busiest of people.

At Orangetheory, we'll focus on getting your heart rate up with three different blocks of 12 pieces of workout equipment each; this is so that you do not get bored and that you get to work out all of your body's muscle groups. You will focus on both strength training and cardio, utilizing machines that will help you build muscles and burn off the calories. Our classes are carefully monitored, and you will be able to see your own progress in the heart rate monitors that we provide before each class.

Our gym trainers are highly qualified and knowledgeable of cardiovascular health and what exercises are best for maximum benefits. They will guide you through every exercise, ensuring you are always safe, and they will keep you engaged with the program with their enthusiasm.

Everyone is welcome in our classes. You do not have to have any experience to get the benefits of our exercise program. People from all walks of life can get into the shape they have always wanted by coming to our classes. We believe in supporting you on your weight loss journey no matter where it begins.

Since we don't require gym contracts, you are free to join us as often as you like. We offer fitness challenges throughout the year, including our Bridal Challenge and the Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge. People who work out in groups stick to the program longer, which is why we are always here to help. Use our online portal to register or call our Tyler location at (903) 705-6580 to learn more about how we can help you get fit.

Amanda was born and raised in Australia. With active parents and two brothers she spent most of her childhood outside either at the beach and playing any sport possible. Eventually it was her passion for sports that brought her to the United States. Under a soccer scholarship she attended and graduated from Bethel University where she studied Kinesiology and Education.
Amanda comes to Orangetheory Fitness with over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry, including personal training, management and a list of athletic accomplishments that include being a Individual CrossFit Games Athlete and a starter in the Inaugural Professional GRID League. Although she considers herself ‘retired’ from elite sport she still very much likes an athletic challenge and proving people wrong.
“Being told that I can’t do something has been a big motivator in my life, especially as a woman. I want to encourage others to not have their goals and dreams stifled. Mostly I want to be a strong role model for my son”
Best part of coaching at OTF?
Impacting people positively for health and fitness! Seeing members continually challenge themselves and break the cycle of inactivity.
Life and longevity…there is so much I want to see and do!
Exploring new places, wake surfing and being active. I love to hang out with my boys (son, husband, dog).
Power days!

His hobbies consist of playing soccer, disk golf, and long walks with his German Shepherd. He has a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. What he enjoys about orange theory is helping people walk out stronger and healthier than they walked in.
Burgers and pho !

Coach Brittany is 26 years old and has been working in this industry for a year now. She power lifted for 3 years and played softball for 14 years, 2 of them in college after receiving a full scholarship. She is currently working towards her degree and hopes to eventually become a Strength and Conditioning coach. She says she likes challenging herself in the workouts, pushing her limits and feeling satisfied when she runs faster or lifts that heavier weight than the week before. She says the best part about coaching at OTF is watching the clients transform. For her, seeing someone start to gain confidence and become healthier and knowing she helped them achieve that is a very rewarding experience.
A better version of myself.
A good movie night!

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
